HERBERT R. O'CONOR, GOVERNOR. 1530

title "Talbot County'', sub-title "Pharmacy, " said sec-
tions relating to pharmacy in Talbot County.

Whereas, the State-wide laws relating to pharmacy seem
to make these provisions unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 387-400 of Article 21 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot
County, " sub-title "Pharmacy, " be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 30, 1943.

CHAPTER 885.
(Senate Bill 514)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 425 and 426 of Article 21 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Talbot County, " sub-title "Live Stock on Roads. "

Whereas, the provisions of these sections seem to be no
longer applicable or necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 425 and 426 of Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Talbot County, " sub-title "Live Stock on Roads, " be and
they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.
