1538 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 884

Drinks, " as said sections were enacted by Chapter 111
of the Special Session of 1933.

Whereas, the provisions of these sections seem to be no
longer applicable under the general laws relating to alco-
holic beverages; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 307-309 of Article 21 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot
County, " sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks, " as
said sections were enacted by Chapter 111 of the Special
Session of 1933, be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved May 6? 1943.

CHAPTER 883.

(Senate Bill 512)

AN ACT to repeal Section 324 of Article 21 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Talbot County", sub-title "Officers' Fees, " said section
relating to the form of accounts to be kept for officers'
fees.

Whereas, the provisions of this section are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 324 of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Talbot County, "
sub-title "Officers' Fees, " be and it is hereby repealed,

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted,. That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

Approved April 30/1943.
