AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
179 of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition), relating to the annual salary of the Su-
pervisor of Assessments of Baltimore and Allegany
Counties.

CHAPTER 875.
(Senate Bill 499)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Baltimore County", sub-title "County Commissioners",
said new section to be known as section 124-A, and to
follow immediately after Section 124, authorizing the
establishment by the County Commissioners of Balti-
more County of a plan of continuous assessment and of an
Appeal Tax Board for Baltimore County, and authorizing
the County Commissioners of Baltimore County to ap-
point salaried tax assessors, and making the Supervisor
of Assessments for Baltimore County the Chief Tax
Assessor for local assessments.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 73B of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Pensions",
as enacted by Chapter 377 of the Acts of 1941, said new
Section to be known as Section 3A, to follow immediately
after Section 3 of said Article, and to provide for giving
to certain employees of the State Roads Commission,
under certain conditions, credit for prior service ren-
dered by such employees during their employment by
