CHAPTER 857.
(Senate Bill 471)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 381-384, inclusive, of Article 6
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Caroline County", sub-title "Live Stock
Running At Large".

Whereas, the provisions of these sections are not longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 381-384, inclusive, of Article 6
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Caroline County", sub-title "Live Stock Run-
ning At Large", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 858.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 562-565, inclusive, of Article 6
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Caroline County", sub-title "Templeville".

Whereas, the Town of Templeville has not functioned
for many years, thereby rendering unnecessary the pro-
visions of these sections; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 562-565, inclusive, of Article 6
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Caroline County", sub-title "Templeville", be
and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.
