title "Queen Anne's County", sub-title "Bridges", be and
they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 834.
(Senate Bill 440)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 280-301 of Article 18 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Queen Anne's County", sub-title "Liquor and In-
toxicating Drinks", said sections relating to the sale of
intoxicating liquors in Queen Anne's County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections seem to have
been superseded by the laws regulating the sale of alco-
holic beverages generally; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 280-301 of Article 18 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Queen Anne's County", sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating
Drinks", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
302 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title "Public Pas-
senger Motor Vehicles", to provide for partial refunds
of registration fees, under certain conditions, to owners
of public passenger motor vehicles used in intrastate
transportation and to make correction of certain dates;
