CHAPTER 827.
(Senate Bill 433)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Dorchester County, " sub-title "Commissioners, " said
new section to be known as Section 201A and to follow
immediately after Section 201 of said Article, making
provision for paying the traveling and other expenses of
the County Commissioners of Dorchester County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County, " sub-title "Com-
missioners, " said new section to be known as Section 201A,
to follow immediately after Section 201, and to read as
follows:

201A. In addition to the salary provided for 'by Section
201 of this Article, there shall be paid annually to each
County Commissioner of Dorchester County the sum of
Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250. 00) for all mileage,
traveling and other expenses in connection with the duties
of their office.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
184 and 198 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester
County", sub-title "Taxes", Section 184 having been
amended by Chapter 360 of the Acts of 1933 and Section
198 by Chapter 362 of the Acts of 1933, relating to the
compensation of the Assistant Treasurer, his bond, and
the compensation of the Clerk to the County Commis-
sioners.
