of Public Local Laws of Montgomery County (1939 Edition),
being Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Montgomery County", sub-title "County Commis-
sioners and Treasurer", said new section to be known as
Section 189A, to follow immediately after Section 189 of said
Article and to read as follows:
189A. The Board of County Commissioners of Montgomery
County are hereby authorized by resolution or ordinance to
provide for the construction, location, maintenance and regu-
lation of fish ponds and swimming pools, and such resolution
or ordinance may require permits for the construction, loca-
tion or maintenance of fish ponds and swimming pools and may
require such safeguards as said Board may deem necessary for
the protection of the public. Any person violating any lawful
resolution or ordinance adopted or passed under the authority
of this, section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon
conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not more than
twenty-five (f25. 00) dollars for each such violation.
SEC, 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1943.

(Senate Bill 17)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 2
of Article 58A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition) title "Loans—Petty", providing that the forms for
application for licenses shall be approved by the Adminis-
trator of Loan Laws.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 2 of Article 58A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Loans—Petty", be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
2. Application for such license shall be in writing, on forms
to be approved by the Administrator of Loan Laws, and shall
contain the full name and address, both of the residence and
place of business, of the applicant, and if the applicant is a
co-partnership, of every member thereof, or if a corporation,
