having been enacted by Chapter 89 of the Acts of the
Special Session of 1933.
Whereas, the provisions of these sections have largely
been superseded by the present general laws of the State;
therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 92-116, inclusive, of Article 7 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Carroll County", sub-titles "Intoxicating
Liquors" and "Alcoholic Beverages", Sections 114-116
having been enacted by Chapter 89 of the Acts of the
Special Session of 1933, be and they are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

(Senate Bill 133)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 193 and 236 of Article 13
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Harford County", sub-titles respectively "Bailiffs" and
"Grier", being sections 173 and 218 in Higinbothom's
Code of the Public Local Laws of Harford County, which
code is to be legalized at the present session of the
Maryland Legislature, and to enact in lieu thereof a new
section to be known as Section 173 of said Article pro-
viding for the appointment and compensation of the
Bailiffs and Crier of the Circuit Court for Harford
County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 193 and 236 of Article 13 of the
Code of Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford County",
sub-titles "Bailiffs" and "Grier", being Sections 173 and
218 in Higinbothom's Code of the Public Local Laws of
Harford County, be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That a new section
be added to Article 13, Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Harford County", sub-title "Bailiffs" and "Grier"
to be known as Section 173, and to read as follows:
