CHAPTER 106.

(Senate Bill 112)

AN ACT to repeal Section 48 of Article 7 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Carroll County", sub-title "Cruelty to Animals''. '

Whereas, the provisions of this Section are covered by
the general law of the State and are no longer necessary;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 48 of Article 7 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Carroll County", sub-title "Cruelty to Animals", be and
it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 50-53, inclusive, of Article 7
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Carroll County", sub-title "Election
Districts".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 50-53, inclusive, of. Article 7 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Carroll County", sub-title "Election Districts", be
and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.
