CHAPTER 104.
(Senate Bill 110)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 31-34, inclusive, of Article 7
of the Code of Public Local Laws (1930 Edition), title
"Carroll County", sub-title "Circuit Court", sub-heading
"Indexes", said sections relating to indexing certain
court records.

Whereas, the provisions of Sections 31-34, inclusive, have
already been complied with and are no longer necessary;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 31-34, inclusive, of Article 7 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Carroll County", sub-title "Circuit Court", be
and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 105.
(Senate Bill 111)

AN ACT to repeal Section 45 of Article 7 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Carroll County", sub-title "County Commissioners",
said section relating to the payment of one-fourth of
the franchise tax on savings banks located in West-
minster to the City of Westminster.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 45 of Article 7 of the Code of
Public Local Laws (1930 Edition), title "Carroll County",
sub-title "County Commissioners", be and it is hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.
