CHAPTER 102.
(Senate Bill 108)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 309-312, inclusive, of Article 7
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Carroll County", sub-title "Railroads",
said sections relating to safety gates at certain road
crossings in Carroll County.

Whereas, under the Public Service Commission Law of
the State, these sections are no longer necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 309-312, inclusive, of Article 7
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Carroll County", sub-title "Railroads", be and
they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.

CHAPTER 103.
(Senate Bill 109)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 90 and 91 of Article 7 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Carroll County", sub-title "Health".

Whereas, the State-wide law relating to County Health
Officers makes the provisions of this section unnecessary;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 90 and 91 of Article 7 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Carroll County", sub-title "Health", be and they are here-
by repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1943.
