CHAPTER 593.
(Senate Bill 499)

AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 12 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Garrett County", sub-title "Roads", said new sections
to be known as Sections 467 A and 467B and to follow
immediately after Section 467 of said Article, relating
to the administration of the County Roads in Garrett
County.

CHAPTER 594.
(Senate Bill 500)

AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 33 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Elec-
tions", sub-title "Registration", said new sections to be
known as Sections 62A and 62B and to follow imme-
diately after Section 62 of said Article, providing for
the transcribing of the registration books in St. Mary's
County and for the omission of the names of those who
have not voted in the six preceding years and relating
to the manner in which the names shall be transcribed,
the notice to be given to those whose names are omitted
from the new books, and to future registrations in said
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That two new sections be and they are hereby
added to Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition), title "Elections", sub-title "Registration",
said new sections to be known as Sections 62A and 62B, to
follow immediately after Section 62 of said Article, and
to read as follows:

62A. In St. Mary's County, when in the opinion of the
Supervisors of Elections it becomes necessary to rewrite
any of the registration books by virtue of the fact that said
books have become so worn or the lettered sub-divisions
thereof have become so filled with names that it is not
practicable to further use said books, the names of all
persons now registered on such registration books, except
those who have not voted at a primary, general or special
