CHAPTER 585.
(Senate Bill 490)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 345 to 357, inclusive, of Article
24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Worcester County", sub-title "Wreck-
master".

WHEREAS, The provisions of this section are no longer
applicable; therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 345 to 357, inclusive, of Article
24 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Worcester County", sub-title "Wreckmas-
ter", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1941.

Approved April 28, 1941.

CHAPTER 586.
(Senate Bill 491)

AN ACT to repeal Section 113 of Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Talbot County", sub-title "Cruelty to Animals".

WHEREAS, The provisions of this section are no longer
in effect, having been superseded by general State law;
therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 113 of Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Tal-
bot County", sub-title "Cruelty to Animals", be and it is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1941.
