CHAPTER 587.

(Senate Bill 492)

AN ACT to repeal Section 401 of Article 21 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Talbot County", sub-title "Railroads", said section
authorizing Talbot County to endorse the bonds of the
Baltimore and Eastern Shore Railroad Company.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 401 of Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title Tal-
bot County", sub-title "Railroads", be and it is hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1941.

Approved April 28, 1941.

CHAPTER 588.
(Senate Bill 494)

AN ACT to repeal and re enact, with amendments, Section
46 (C) of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland (Flack—1939 Edition), title
Revenue and Taxes", sub-title "When Taxes Are Pay-
able", relating to interest and penalties on taxes in
arrears.

tion 242 of Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Harford County", sub-title "Deeds".
