title "Ocean City", changing the date of publication of
annual receipts and expenditures of Mayor and City
Council of Ocean City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 150 of Article 24 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Wor-
cester County", sub-title "Ocean City", be and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

150. It shall be the duty of the Mayor and City Coun-
cil of Ocean City to cause to be published in a newspaper
published in Worcester County an itemized statement of
the expenditures of all money or moneys received by them
from the collection of taxes or from any other source what-
ever, said statement to be published not later than the
first week in the month of November of each and every
year.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 569,
(Senate Bill 470)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tions 209 and 283 of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorches-
ter County", sub-titles "Crier" and "Elections", Section
283 having been amended by Chapter 368 of the Acts of
1933, increasing the salaries of the Crier and the Clerk
of the Board of Supervisors of Elections".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 209 and 283 of Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Dorchester County", sub-titles "Crier'" and "Elec-
tions", Section 283 having been amended by Chapter 368
of the Acts of 1933, be and they are hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

209. The crier of the circuit court shall be entitled to
and receive a per diem of five dollars for each and every
day he shall be employed as such, which shall be in full
and in lieu of all other allowances now authorized by law;
