SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 558.
(Senate Bill 453)

AN ACT to repeal Section 561 of Article 6 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Caroline County", sub-title "Taxes".

WHEREAS, the general State law relating to the sale of
real estate for taxes has superseded the provisions of this
section; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 561 of Article 6 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Caroline County", sub-title "Taxes", be and it is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

Approved April 28, 1941.

CHAPTER 559.
(Senate Bill 454)

AN ACT to repeal Section 176 of Article 6 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Caroline County", sub-title "Estrays".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 176 of Article 6 of the Code of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Caroline County", sub-title "Railroads", be and they
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.
