SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 556.

(Senate Bill 451)

AN ACT to repeal Section 425 of Article 6 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Caroline County", sub-title "Out-Pensions".

WHEREAS, the general State welfare laws make the pro-
visions of this section unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 425 of Article 6 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Caroline County", sub-title "Out-Pensions", be and it is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

Approved April 28, 1941.

CHAPTER 557.

(Senate Bill 452)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 465-472, inclusive, of Article 6
of the Code of Public Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Caroline County", sub-title "Railroads", said sec-
tions authorizing the County Commissioners of Caroline
County to issue bonds to aid the Delaware and Chesa-
peake Railway Company.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 465-472, inclusive, of Article 6 of
