number of persons as said Commissioners may deem de-
sirable, with authority to provide for the construction of
the said auditorium to the Church Hill High School, and
said Committee shall have the power to enter into any
contract or contracts for same as, in the discretion of the
said Building Committee, may seem to be to the best pub-
lic interest, with full power to employ and pay out of said
funds all architects, builders or other persons; provided,
however, that the plans for said building and work shall
be subject to the approval of the State Superintendent of
Schools as provided by Section 30 of Article 77 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition). No monies
shall be paid out on account of any of said contracts or
work until the same shall have been submitted to and ap-
proved by the said Building Committee.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That for the pur-
pose of paying the interest on said bonds and redeeming
said bonds as they mature, the County Commissioners of
Queen Anne's County shall levy for the year 1941 and
annually thereafter until all of said bonds issued under
the authority of this Act shall have matured and been re-
deemed, a tax upon the assessable property of Queen
Anne's County sufficient to pay the said annual interest on
said bonds outstanding and to redeem said bonds as they
mature and become due.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1941.

CHAPTER 70.

(Senate Bill 48)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 2
of Article 22 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition), title "Post Mortem Examiners", and to add a new
section to said Article, said new section to be known as
Section 3A and to follow immediately after Section 3 of said
Article, providing for such additional professional or
technical personnel as may be authorized by the Board of
Estimates of Baltimore City, and authorizing the Commis-
sion to adopt rules and regulations to make the provisions
of this Article effective.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 2 of Article 22 of the Annotated Code of
