tion of the Court.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1st, 1941.

(Senate Bill 298)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
2 of Article 101 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition), title "Workmen's Compensation", sub-
title "State Industrial Accident Commission", as said
Section was amended by Chapter 732 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1939; and to repeal and re-enact
with amendments Section 13 of Article 101 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Work-
men's Compensation", sub-title "State Industrial Acci-
dent Commission"; and to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Sections 19, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 29 of
said Article, title "Workmen's Compensation", sub-title
"State Accident Fund"; and to repeal Sections 16 and
17 of said Article, title "Workmen's Compensation", sub-
title "State Accident Fund", and to enact in lieu thereof
three new Sections to be known as Sections 16, 16A, and
17, said new Sections to follow immediately after Section
15 of said Article; and to repeal Section 21 of said Arti-
cle, and to enact in lieu thereof a new Section to be
known as Section 21 and to follow immediately after
Section 20 of said Article; and to repeal Section 27 of
said Article, and to enact in lieu thereof a new Section
to be known as Section 27, to follow immediately after
Section 26 of said Article; providing for the appointment
of five Commissioners to administer the State Accident
Fund, prescribing their powers and duties, fixing their
compensation, and providing penalties for the enforce-
ment of this Act.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 2 of Article 101 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Workmen's Com-
pensation", sub-title "State Industrial Accident Commis-
sion", as said Section was amended by Chapter 732 of the
