trol Board under the provisions of Section 421D, exceed the
average daily receipts from the sale of alcoholic beverages.

The word "club", as used in this section, means any cor-
poration or association, which is the owner, lessee or occu-
pant of premises operated solely for educational, social,
patriotic, political or athletic purposes and not for profit.

Receipts from tourists cabins and gasoline stations shall
not be included in estimating receipts under the provisions
of this Section.

421H. Licensees under this Act shall only sell, offer for
sale, or dispense in Harford County, the beverages defined
in this Act, between the hours of seven o'clock A. M. and
midnight on week days, and between the hours of twelve
noon and eight P. W. on Sundays, and shall not sell such
beverages during any other hours. Nor shall said licensee
conduct nor permit dancing on Sundays. No beer or light
wine shall be permitted to be drunk on the premises of a
licensee after fifteen (15) minutes following the closing
hours prescribed in this Section.

421-1. It shall be the duty of all holders of "On sale"
licenses to keep complete and accurate books of account of
their receipts and expenditures in such form as may be
prescribed by the Liquor Control Board, showing in detail
the daily receipts from the sales authorized under the pro-
visions of Sections 421D and 421G, and also from the sale
of alcoholic beverages, and said licensee shall also procure
vouchers or purchase slips for all alcoholic beverages, food
or other commodities and items bought and permitted to be
sold under the provisions of Sections 42ID and 421 G, which
said books, accounts and records shall be open at all times
to inspection by the said Board or any officer or inspector
appointed by the said Liquor Control Board for that pur-
pose.

It shall be the duty of the said Board to make or have
frequent inspections made of the premises of all licensees;
and, if it is found that any such licensee is violating any of
the provisions of this Act, or the regulations promulgated
hereunder, or is failing to observe in good faith the pur-
poses thereof, the Board shall, in their discretion after a
public hearing, revoke or suspend the said license; and such
cases shall be reported to the State's Attorney and the
Sheriff of Harford County; and it shall be the duty of said
Sheriff and said State's Attorney to prosecute such licensee
under the provisions of this Act. The said Board shall also
revoke or suspend, in their discretion, and after public
hearing, the license of any licensee, on whose premises any
