ness licensed; if the license is to be issued to a corporation
or association, the application must specify the name of the
individual who will superintend or manage the business.

10th. Statement that the applicant, if granted a license,
will not sell any of the beverages herein designated to any
person under the age of twenty-one (21) years, nor permit
dancing on his premises on Sunday; and that licensee will
conform to all the laws and regulations relating to the busi-
ness in which he proposes to engage.

11th. Statement, duly executed and acknowledged, by
the owner of the premises in which the business is to be
conducted, assenting to the granting of the license applied
for, and also by the applicant, authorizing the Sheriff of
the County, his deputies, constables of Harford County,
all Town Officers of the incorporated municipalities of said
County, and all officers or inspectors appointed by the said
Board, as well as the State Comptroller, his authorized
deputies and inspectors, to enter, inspect and search with-
out warrant at any and all hours, the premises upon which
the business is to be conducted, to discover violations of this
Act or the General Liquor Laws of the State of Maryland,
and of Harford County and the said owner of the premises
and the licensee, by signing said statement agree that evi-
dence discovered during such inspection shall be admissable
as evidence in any prosecution for the violation of any pro-
vision of this Act or of the General Liquor Laws of Mary-
land, and of Harford County.

Every new application shall be supported by a certificate
signed by at least five residents and owners of real estate
of the incorporated municipality of the County, or the Dis-
trict of the County (if outside a municipality) within a
mile of the premises described in said application, certify-
ing the length of time they have known the applicant; that
they have examined the application and believe that all the
statements contained therein are true, and that they are of
the opinion that the applicant is a suitable person to obtain
such a license. Applications for renewal licenses shall be
in such form as the said Board may prescribe by rules and
regulations duly adopted.

This application must be verified by the affidavit of the
petitioner made before a Notary Public, or other person
duly authorized by law to administer oaths. If any false
statement is made in any part of said application, the appli-
cant or applicants shall be deemed guilty of perjury; and,
upon conviction thereof, his license shall be revoked and the
applicant subjected to the penalties provided by law for
that crime.
