CHAPTER 59.
(Senate Bill 109)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 6-9, inclusive, of Article 7 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Carroll County", subtitle "Auctioneers", said
sections relating to the licensing of auctioneers in Carroll
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 6-9, inclusive, of Article 7 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Carroll County", sub-title "Auctioneers", be and they
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 60.

(Senate Bill 111)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 339-341, inclusive, of Article 7
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Carroll County", sub-title "Road Signs",
said sections relating to the maintenance of road signs.

WHEREAS, the general State law makes unnecessary the
local provision as to the maintenance of road signs; there-
