WHEREAS, the provisions relating to the licensing of ordi-
nary keepers are obsolete and no longer applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 76 to 91, inclusive, of Article 56 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Licenses",
sub-title "Ordinary Keepers", be and the same are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1941.

Approved February 14, 1941.

CHAPTER 5.
(House Bill 8)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 134 to 140, inclusive, of Article 56
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (19?9 Edition), title
"Licenses", sub-title "Telegraph and Express Companies".

WHEREAS, the provisions relating to the licensing of tele-
graph and express companies are obsolete and no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 134 to 140, inclusive, of Article 56 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Licenses",
sub-title "Telegraph and Express Companies", be and the same
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 1
