(House Bill 540)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 80, 81 and 82 of Article 19 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title St. Mary's County", sub-title "Immigration Commis-

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 80, 81 and 82 of Article 19 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "St..
Mary's County", sub-title "Immigration Commission", be and
they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

Approved April 23, 1941.

CHAPTER 454.
(House Bill 541)

AN ACT to repeal Section 65 of Article 19 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title St.
"St. Mary's County", sub-title "Cruelty to Animals'", said!
sections no longer being effective.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 65 of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "St. Mary's County",,
sub-title "Cruelty to Animals", e and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.
