they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 451.
(House Bill 768)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 391 and 392 of Article 2 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Mothers' Pensions".

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections have been super-
seded by the State wide law; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 391 and 392 of Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne
Arundel County", sub-title "Mothers' Pensions", be and they
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

Approved April 23, 1941.

CHAPTER 452.
(House Bill 87)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 42
of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Regulations
and Restrictions", exempting Baltimore City and Baltimore
County from the provision which prohibits the sale of al-
coholic beverages at a bar or counter during certain hours.
