AN ACT to repeal Section 105 of Article 14 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "How-
ard County", sub-title "Cruelty to Animals. "

WHEREAS, This Section hag been superseded by the general
State law and is no longer effective, therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 105 of Article 14 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Howard Coun-
ty", sub-title "Cruelty to Animals", be and it is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 450.
(House Bill 766)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 156-158, inclusive, of Article 2
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Birds, Game
and Foxes", said sections relating to the payment of boun-
ties for the killing of hawks, owls and foxes in Anne Arundel
County.

WHEREAS,, Article 25, Section 2 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition) authorizes the County Commission-
ers of the several counties to provide bounties for the killing
of wild animals; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 156-158, inclusive, of Article 2 of the Code
