made by the aggrieved party within thirty days after such
determination, by certiorari, mandamus, or by any other
method permissible under the rules and practices of said
Court, or the laws of this State, and said Court may make
such further orders in respect thereto as justice may
require.

(b) (Notice to Licensees. ) Whenever the Commission
revokes the license of any person, and no appeal to the
proper court has been filed within the time specified for
such appeals, the Commission shall then mail a written
notice of such revocation to all licensees in the district
(Baltimore City or any County) of the State in which the
person whose license has been revoked had his or her place
of business.

358. (Splitting Fees. ) (a) It shall be unlawful for
any real estate broker, or real estate salesman, to pay any
compensation, in money or other valuable thing, to any
person other than a licensed real estate broker, those
exempted under the provisions of sub-section 6 of Section
343 (f) and sub-section 350 (e), or real estate salesman, for
the rendering of any service, or the doing of any of the
acts by this sub-title forbidden to be rendered or per-
formed by other than licensees.

(b) The violations of the provisions of this section by
any licensee shall be sufficient cause for the suspension or
revocation of his license, in the discretion of the Commis-
sion.

359. (Contracts Void. ) No action or suit shall be in-
stituted, nor recovery therein be had, in any court of this
State by any person, co-partnership, association, or cor-
poration for compensation for any act done or service
rendered, the doing or rendering of which is prohibited
under the provisions of this sub-title to other than licensed
real estate brokers and real estate salesmen unless such
person, co-partnership, association or corporation was duly
licensed hereunder as real estate broker or real estate sales-
man prior to the time of offering to perform any such act
or service or procuring any promise or contract for the
payment of compensation for any such contemplated act
or service.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That sub-section (c)
of Section 353 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title "Real
Estate Brokers", be and it is hereby repealed.
