CHAPTER 365.
(House Bill 19)

AN ACT to repeal Section 24 of Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Elections", sub-
title "Registration", said section relating to the general
registration of voters in 1914.

WHEREAS, Section 24 of Article 33 related to the general
registration of voters in 1914 and no longer has any appli-
cation; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 24 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Elections", sub-title "Regis-
tration", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1941.

Approved April 23, 1941.

CHAPTER 366.
(House Bill 20)

AN ACT to repeal Section 41 of Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Elections", sub-
title "Registration", said section providing for a general
registration in Baltimore City in the year 1936.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 41 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Elections", sub-title "Regis-
tration", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1941.

Approved April 23, 1941.
