Beverages", sub-title "Regulations and Restrictions",
said new section to be known as Section 34A and to
follow immediately after Section 34 of said Article,
relating to the sale of beer for cash to retail dealers
in Washington County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Mart/land, That a new section be and it is hereby added
to Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939
Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Regula-
tions and Restrictions" said new section to be known as
Section 34A, to follow immediately after Section 34 of
said Article, and to read as follows:

34A. No manufacturer or wholesaler shall sell any
beer to any retail dealer in Washington County except
for cash on delivery. No suit or action ex contractu to
enforce or collect any claim for credit extended in viola-
tion of this section shall be maintained in this State.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to repeal Section 76A of Article 24 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Worcester County", sub-title "Elections", as said sec-
tion was enacted by Chapter 283 of the Acts of 1933.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 76A of Article 24 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition) title
"Worcester County", sub-title "Elections", as said section
was enacted by Chapter 283 of the Acts of 1933, be and
it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.
