or lease any part of said property or dedicate the same, and
with the Board of Public Works to execute deeds therefor,
and providing for the expenditure of the proceeds thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
65 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Militia", sub-title "Arsenal and Veterans Memorial Commis-
sion", said new section to be known as Section 94, to follow
immediately after Section 93 of said Article, and to read as
follows:
94. The Commission, with the approval of the Board of
Public Works, shall have full power and authority to demolish
and remove such of said buildings as it in its discretion may
deem to be unnecessary for the purposes of this sub-title, and
to sell or lease any part of said property, or dedicate any part
thereof as a public street or highway, and together with the
Board of Public Works, to grant, convey or lease the same by
a good and sufficient deed signed by the Chairman of said
Commission and sealed with its seal, duly attested by its
Secretary. The proceeds of any such sale or lease shall be
dedicated to the accomplishment of the purposes of this sub-
title and shall be paid into the Treasury of the State for the
use of said Commission and shall be disbursed in accordance
with the provisions of Section 6 of Article 15A of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to provide for salary increases for those members of
the Prince George's County Police force who have served as
such for more than one year.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That from and after the effective date of this Act each
member of the Prince George's County Police Force, including
the Superintendent, the Sergeants, the Corporals and the offi-
cers appointed to such force and also each clerk to the Police
force appointed as such, who shall have served on the Prince
