CHAPTER 332.
(House Bill 426)
AN ACT to authorize the Baltimore Yacht Club Holding
Corporation to construct a causeway to connect the south-
ern end of Sue Island, in Middle River at the mouth of Sue
Creek, with the mainland.
WHEREAS, the United States Army Engineers have ruled
that the stream or water separating Sue Island, in Middle
River, from the mainland is non-navigable; therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary*
land, That the Baltimore Yacht Club Holding Corporation is
hereby authorized to construct, at its own expense, a cause-
way to connect the southern end of Sue Island, in Middle
River at the mouth of Sue Creek, with the mainland; the said
causeway to be approximately 160 feet long and 20 feet wide,
the water over which the said causeway will extend varying in
depth from one to three feet.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 333.
(House Bill 446)
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 65 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Militia", sub-title
"Arsenal and Veterans Memorial Commission", said new
section to be known as Section 94 of said Article and to
follow immediately after Section 93, providing that the
Arsenal and Veterans Memorial Commission shall have full
power and authority, with the approval of the Board of
Public Works, to demolish and remove certain buildings
unnecessary for the purposes of said sub-title, and to sell
