SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 67 of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "St. Mary's County",
sub-title "Elections", be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

67. The clerk to the Board of Supervisors of Elections
for St. Mary's County shall receive a salary of one hundred
and twenty-five dollars per year for services to said Board,
to be paid by the County Commissioners of said county, after
the account for services of said clerk has been approved by the
said Board of Supervisors of Elections.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1941.

AN ACT to repeal Section 143 of Article 19 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "St.
Mary's County", sub-title "Out-Pensioners".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 143 of Article 19 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "St. Mary"s
County", sub-title "Out-Pensioners", be and it is hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.
