CHAPTER 322.
(House Bill 543)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 72-77 inclusive, of Article 19 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"St. Mary's County", sub-title "Fertilizers".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 72-77, inclusive, of Article 19 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "St.
Mary's County", sub-title "Fertilizers", be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

Approved April 23, 1941.

CHAPTER 323.
(House Bill 542)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 140 and 141 of Article 19 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "St. Mary's County", sub-title "Mills", said sections
relating to the toll which owners of mills may take for
grinding grain.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted "by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 140 and 141 of Article 19 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "St.
Mary's County", sub-title "Mills", be and they are hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And "be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.
