Districts of Anne Arundel County at any bar or counter on
any day on which the sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted
by law. The Board of License Commissioners of Anne Arundel
County is hereby authorized and empowered to permit the sale
of any alcoholic beverages permitted by law to be sold in the
First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Seventh and Eighth Dis-
tricts of Anne Arundel County, on or in any parking lot,
picnic grounds, building or terrace which forms an integral
part of the licensed premises.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That except as otherwise
provided herein, all Acts or parts of Acts, laws and parts of
laws, inconsistent herewith or contrary hereto be and the same
are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 321.
(Souse Bill 358)

AN ACT to add three new sections to Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Anne
Arundel County", to be under sub-title "Licenses", said new
sections to be known as Sections 377A, 377B and 377C, and
to follow immediately after Section 377 of said Article, au-
thorizing the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel Coun-
ty, to issue licenses for the operation of any carnival, circus,
show, amusement ride or amusement device operated in
Anne Arundel County, whenever any such carnival, circus,
show or amusement is not otherwise licensed for operation
therein, or specifically prohibited from being operated there-
in, by the Public General or Public Local Laws, and pro-
viding for disposition of any such license fees, and violations
thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That three new sections be and they are hereby added
to Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel County", to be under
sub-title "Licenses", said new sections to be known as Sec-
tions 377A, 377B and 377C, to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 377 of said Article and to read as follows:
