"Plats", providing for an additional plat to be filed with the
Clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 216 of Article 17 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's
County", sub-title "Plats", be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
216. The maker of said plat or plats, when the same shall
be presented for record shall furnish the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for said county, three copies of such plat or plats, one
of which shall be, by said Clerk, placed in and attached to the
book hereinafter provided for, another shall by said Clerk be
filed in his office for the purpose of providing copies for re-
placement, without additional charge for recording, and an-
other shall, by said Clerk, be attached to and made a part of
the substance record now by law required to be kept, and
the said Clerk hall transmit the same, with, the said sub-
stance record, to the Commissioner of the Land Office as now
by law directed; and the said Clerk shall receive for each plat
or section of a plat so filed with him the sum of Two Dol-
lars; the maker of said plat or plats at the same time shall
furnish to the county surveyor of said county a copy of such
plat or plats, which shall be by said county surveyor placed
in and attached to the plat book in this Act required by him
to be kept, and the county surveyor shall receive a fee of One
Dollar for each plat so filed with him. Provided, however, that
nothing in this section shall be construed as repealing, chang-
ing or modifying any provisions regarding plats, as contained
in Sections 1013 to 1037 of this Article.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dor-
chester County", sub-title "Roads", said new section to be
known as Section 455A and to follow immediately after
