seconds west about 300 feet to the center of South Erving
Street; thence with the center line of South Erving Street
northwesterly 100 feet, more or less, to the center line of the
aforementioned Spa Road; thence with the center line of the
same, southwesterly 380 feet, more or less; thence leaving
said Spa Road and running westerly 240 feet, more or less, to
a point in the center line of the Old Spa Road, where the
same is intersected by the property line between the sub-
division known as Neuva Villa and the property of Georgianna
Linthicum; thence with the same westerly about 1200 feet;
thence with the line between the property subdivided by R.
McKandree Davis and the property of Georgianna Linthicum,
westerly about 1150 feet; thence with the line between the said
Davis Subdivision and another property formerly owned by
the late Thomas McGuckian, northeasterly about 1000 feet to
a point where the said line is intersected by the south side of
Park Street, produced in a southeasterly direction; thence with
the said produced line and with the south side of Park Street,

The coordinates are referred to the origin located at Lati-
tude 38 degrees 55 minutes north, Longitude 76 degrees 35
minutes West. Bearings are referred to the true meridian at

Beginning for the fourth part in the center of the right-of-
way of the B. & A. R. R. at a point where the said right-of-
way would be interesected by the continuation of a line drawn
southwesterly down the center of the County Road leading
from the Governor Ritchie Highway to Arnold Station, and
running from thence as reversed to the true Meridian south
72 degrees 00 minutes west 1800 feet, south 29 degrees 00 min-
utes west 240 feet, more or less, to the northeastmost head-
waters of Chase Creek; thence running with the westmost

direction about 800 feet to the end of the south 75 degrees 30
minutes east 125.4 feet line of the property formerly owned by
Cyrus Joyce and conveyed by him to William B. Hamelton by

ords of Anne Arundel County in Liber G. W. No. 13, folio
