running in an easterly direction across Taylor Street about
240 feet to intersect a south 65 degrees 30 minutes west line
of the property shown on a plat entitled Cedar Park recorded
among the Plat Records of Anne Arundel County and running
thence with the outlines shown on the said plat, the reverse
thereof, north 65 degrees 30' east 592. 5 feet, north 88 degrees 30
minutes east 389 feet, south 31 degrees 30 minutes east 66
feet, south 68 degrees 30 minutes east 165 feet; thence leaving
the outlines of Cedar Park and continuing on the last line as
produced south 68 degrees 30 minutes west about 30 feet to the
shore line of College Creek; thence running with the said shore
line of College Creek which is also the Annapolis City Bound-
ary Line, in an easterly, southerly, and southwesterly direction
about 2200 feet; thence leaving the shore line of College Creek
and continuing with the Boundary Line of Annapolis City
about 850 feet to intersect the center line of the B. & A. R. R.;
thence continuing with the boundary line of the City of
Annapolis, south 38 degrees 40 minutes west about 380 feet
to the northeast corner of the stone wall enclosing the National
Cemetery, the coordinates of said corner being north 22436. 64,
east 22283. 71; thence with the east face of said wall southerly,
approximately 690 feet to the southeast corner of said wall;
thence south 5 degrees west 20 feet to a point in the center
of West Street Extended; thence with the center of said Street,
southeasterly 22. 8 feet to a point opposite the division line
between the property of Mrs. Julia Curran (1925) and Thomas
Sweeney; thence to and along said division line southerly
102. 2 feet to the end of said line where it intersects the prop-
erty of Louis Bloom (1925); thence with the lines of said
Bloom property westerly 53. 0 feet; thence about south 4 de-
grees 40 minutes east 30 feet; thence about south 18 degrees
52 minutes east 48. 7 feet to a point in the center of a concrete
road known as Spa Road; thence with the center line of
the same westerly 267. 3 feet to a point opposite the westerly
line of a lane or roadway leading to the property of Charles
G. Koch; thence leaving said Spa Road and running with the
west side of said lane or road about south 23 degrees 09
minutes east 137. 5 feet; thence leaving said lane or road and
running with the lines of the tenant house property owned by
Charles G. Koch, southwesterly 44. 2 feet to the east boundary
of the property formerly owned by the late Thomas McGuckian;
thence with the same south 42 degrees 42 minutes 10 seconds
east 28. 3 feet to a concrete monument at the north corner of
the Annapolis High School Property, the coordinates of said
monument being north 21307. 37, east 21952. 88; thence with
the said Annapolis High School Property south 51 degrees
49 minutes 50 seconds west 950. 68 feet to a concrete monu-
ment, the coordinates of said monument being north 20719. 67,
