rates in the Sanitary Districts or sub-districts; providing
for a fund for the redemption of its bonds and limitations
thereon; providing for the investment of its sinking fund
and for the purchase of its own bonds; providing for the
extension of its lines and the procedure thereof; providing
for replacement of its lines; and for other purposes.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 424, 427, 429 and 430, of Article 2 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Sanitary Districts", be and
they are hereby repealed, and that twenty-seven new sections
be and they are hereby added to said Article, said new sections
to be known as Sections 424, 426A, 426B, 426C, 426D, 426E,
427, 427A, 427B, 429, 429B, 4290, 429D, 430, 430A, 430B, 430C,
430D, 430E, 430F, 430G, 431A, 431B, 431C, 432A, 432B and
432C, and all to read as follows:

424. All those parts of Anne Arundel County described as
follows:

Beginning for the First Part at a point 200 feet westerly
from the westernmost side of Hammonds Ferry Road in the
boundary line between Anne Arundel and Baltimore Counties,
said boundary line being in the Patapsco River and running
thence with the Patapsco River and the boundary line between
Anne Arundel and Baltimore Counties Easterly 200 feet to
the point where the Hammonds Ferry Road crosses Patapsco
River; thence continuing with the boundary between Anne
Arundel and Baltimore Counties in an easterly, southeasterly,
and northeasterly direction 16, 500 feet, more or less, to a point
where the said boundary line between Baltimore and Anne
Arundel Counties is intersected by the south 60 degrees 39
minutes 50 seconds east boundary line of Baltimore City;
thence leaving the boundary line between Baltimore County
and Anne Arundel County and running with the boundary
between Baltimore City and Anne Arundel County South 60
degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds east about 200 feet to Balti-
more City Monument No. 9592 set near the southeast bank
of the Patapsco River; thence continuing on the said Balti-
more City boundary south 60 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds
east 1412 feet to Baltimore City Boundary line Monument
heretofore set at the intersection of the center line of the
Governor Ritchie Highway with the center line of a concrete
road running southwesterly and known as the Belle Grove
Road; the said Monument being at the end of the south 60
degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds east line of the Baltimore City
Boundary Line, as shown on a plat which is filed among the
Land Records of Anne Arundel County, Maryland; thence
continuing with the Boundary line of Baltimore City and
