SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 26.

(House Bill 15)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 633, 634 and 635 of Article 27 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title
"Crimes and Punishments", sub-title "Jurisdiction, Pro-
cedure and Sentence", said sections relating to the juris-
diction of counties which are bounded by navigable waters.

WHEREAS, Sections 633, 634 and 635 of Article 27 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), are the same as
Sections 161, 162 and 163 of Article 75 of said Code; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 633, 634 and 635 of Article 27 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Crimes and
Punishments", sub-title "Jurisdiction, Procedure and Sen-
tence", be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 27.
(House Bill 17)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 741 and 742 of Article 27 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Crimes
and Punishments", sub-title "National Junior Republic".

WHEREAS, the National Junior Republic is no longer

operating. in the State; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 741 and 742 of Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Crimes and Punish-
