Maryland (1939 Edition), tile "Licenses", sub-title "Cash
Registers and Adding Machines", be and the same is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 24.

(House Bill 10)

AN ACT to repeal Section 266 of Article 56 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title
"Typewriting Machines".

WHEREAS, dealers in typewriting machines should be subject
to the regular traders' license and not to a special license fee;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 266 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title "Type-
writing Machines", be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1941.

Approved February 14, 1941.

CHAPTER 25.

(House Bill 11)

AN ACT to repeal Section 283 of Article 56 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title
"Livery Stables".

WHEREAS, the provisions for the licensing of livery stables
are practically obsolete; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 283 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Licenses", sub-title "Livery
Stables", be and the same is hereby repealed.
