423C. The roads, streets, and walks and drains, exclud-
ed herefrom are and shall be as follows: —

(a) Grand View Ave. from the intersection of Oakford
fort Ave. to Chesapeake Ave. being that portion of
Grand View Ave. bounding on lots No. 1 to lots
No. 33 inclusive, of section B, as shown on said plats.

(b) all that portion of Poplar Ave. lying northeast of
Cedar Ave. being that portion of Poplar Ave. bound-
ing on lots No. 34 to lots No; 49 of section P. as
shown on said plats.

(c) all that portion of Chesapeake Drive lying northeast
of Oakford Ave., being that portion of Chesapeake
Drive, bounding on lots No. 67 to lots No. 87 inclu-
sive of section A, as shown on said plats.

(d) all of Grand View Walk,

(e) all of Oakford Walk,

(f) all of Beverley Walk,

(, g) all of Lanvale Walk.

(h) the earth causeway or road across Beverley Lake,
(designated on said plats as a "foot bridge").

(i) and all drains leading therefrom.
The roads, streets, walks, causeways, bridges, and drains
excluded hereby being as shown on the plats of the sub-
division of Beverley Beach, recorded among the land rec-
ords for Anne Arundel County in Plat Book F. S. R. No. 4
Folio 31 and in Plat Book F. A. M. No. 5 Folio 33.

423D. The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel
County are hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to
maintain, repair, and from time to time reconstruct, the
wharves located at the end of Cadle Ave. and at the end of
Lakeview Ave., (said wharves being located in the waters
of Cadle Creek and being a part of said District) in a
sound, safe and usable condition. For the purpose of pro-
viding funds therefore the County Commissioners of Anne
Arundel County, shall annually levy a tax upon the assess-
able property located within said District, of Fifteen Cents
(15c) on each One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) of assess-
able property. The proceeds of said tax shall be kept as
a special fund and all expenditures for the maintenance,
repair and reconstruction of the wharves in said District,
shall be charged against said fund. An itemized statement
of the receipts and expenditures credited to or charged
against said fund and the unexpended balance remaining
in said fund and carried over from year to year, shall be
published at the time of the publication of the annual
budget for Anne Arundel County. The said tax fund to be
designated as the Beverley Beach Wharf Tax Fund, and
