taxes therefore and for the publication of statements
relating to the expenditures thereof, limiting the use of
said wharves, roads, streets and drains, authorizing and
empowering the County Commissioners of Anne Arun-
del County to make regulations relating to the use of said
wharves, roads, streets, drains, authorizing and empow-
ering the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel Coun-
ty to appoint custodians for said wharves, and providing
for the powers,, duties and bond of said custodians,
authorizing the removal and sale of vehicles unlawfully
parked and of unlawful obstructions on and from and of
said roads, streets, wharves, and drains, providing for
the enforcement of certain provisions of this Act, and
making the violation of certain provisions of this Act
misdemeanors, and providing penalties for violations
thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That ten new sections be and they are hereby
added to Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, (1930 Edition), title "Anne Arundel County", to
be under sub-title "Beverley Beach Roads and Taxing Dis-
trict", said new sections to be known as Section 423A to
423J inclusive, to follow immediately after Section 423 of
said Article and to read as follows:

423A. There is hereby created and established in the
First District of Anne Arundel County, a "special roads"
and taxing district" to be known as the "Beverley Beach
Roads and Taxing District", hereinafter referred to as the
"District". The boundaries of said District shall be the
boundaries of the sub-division of Beverley Beach as shown
on the plats of said sub-division recorded among the land
records for Anne Arundel County in Plat Book F. S. R. No.
4 Folio 31 and in Plat Book F. A. M. No. 5 Folio 33.

423B. The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel
County be and hereby are authorized, empowered, and di-
rected to assume full jurisdiction for the purpose of main-
taining, repairing, and/or reconstructing same, and as
hereinafter further provided, over all roads, streets,
wharves and drains (including all roads and streets of
twenty feet (20) in width and over) in said District, ex-
cluding, however, the roads, walks, streets, and/or parts
thereof designated in Section 423C hereof, provided, how-
ever, that the said roads, streets, walks, wharves and
drains to be deeded hereunder, shall be deeded to the Coun-
ty Commissioners of Anne Arundel County, without cost
to said County Commissioners.
