school for colored youths of Kent County" then this Act
shall be of no effect as it relates to the issue of bonds for
the said particular school.

SEC. 11. And be it further enacted, That in the event
that it shall appear to the County Commissioners of Kent
County that a majority of the votes cast at the special
election provided for in this Act are "For Kent County
Public School Bonds for junior-senior high school and
junior high schools for white youths of Kent County"
and/or "For Kent County Public School Bonds of junior-
senior high school for colored youths of Kent County" and
any bonds are actually issued under the provisions of this
Act, then any failure to comply with any of the provisions
of this Act with respect to the manner, time and place of
said special election shall not affect the validity of bonds
issued under the authority of this Act or impair the right
of any holder of such bonds to collect the interest and prin-
cipal when due; and no purchaser of any of the bonds
authorized by this Act, and no holder thereof, for value
and in good faith, shall be bound to see to the application
of the purchase money of the said bonds.

SEC. 12. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on the 1st day of June in the year 1941.

CHAPTER 271.
(Senate Bill 302)

AN ACT to add ten new sections to Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Anne Arundel County", to be under sub-title "Beverley
Beach Roads and Taxing District", said new sections to
be known as Section 423A to 423J inclusive, and to fol-
low immediately after Section 423 of said Article; to
establish and create the Beverley Beach Roads and Tax-
ing District, in the First District in Anne Arundel Coun-
ty and define its boundaries; to authorize, empower and
direct the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel Coun-
ty, to accept a deed to certain roads, streets, wharves and
drains in said District, to define and provide for the pow-
ers, duties and jurisdiction of the County Commissioners
of Anne Arundel County in and over said roads, streets,
wharves and drains, providing for the levying of certain
