SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 90, 91 and 92 of Article 11 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Frederick County", sub-title "Cocaine", be and
they are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 260.
(Senate Bill 315)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
48K of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition), entitled "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title
"Harford County", to license, regulate and control the
sale of alcoholic beverages; and to repeal Sections 480,
48P, 48Q of Article 2B of said Article; and to repeal the
provisions of Section 414 to 441 inclusive, of Article 13
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title,
"Harford County", sub-title, "Liquor and Intoxicating
Drinks", insofar as the same are inconsistent with the
provisions of this Act.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 48K of Article 2B of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland, (1939 Edition), title "Alcoholic
Beverages", sub-title "Harford County", be and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, to
read as follows:

48K. Harford County. The County Commissioners of
Harford County shall the first Monday in April, 1941,
appoint a Liquor Control Board consisting of three mem-
bers, all of whom shall be residents and taxpayers of Har-
ford County. The said Board shall hold office for a term of
three years, but of those first appointed, one shall serve for
one year, one for two years and one for three years, or
until their successors shall be duly appointed and qualified.
Beginning with the year 1942 and annually thereafter the
said County Commissioners shall appoint one member of
said Board for a term of three years in the place of a mem-
ber of the Board whose term has expired, provided that
such member shall be eligible for reappointment. In case
of a vacancy it shall be filled for the unexpired term by the
said County Commissioners. The members of said Board
shall each give a bond to Harford County in an amount to
