SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 476 and 477 of Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Frederick County", sub-title "Johnsville", be and
they are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 258.
(Senate Bill 183)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 55 and 58 of Article 99 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, (1939 Edition), title
"Water Fowl, Birds and Game", sub-title "Susquehanna
Flats—Ducking Police", to abolish Ducking Police.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 55 and 58 of Article 99 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, (1939 Edition), title "Water
Fowl, Birds and Game", sub-title "Susquehanna Flats—
Ducking Police", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted That all Acts or
parts of Acts heretofore enacted inconsistent with this Act
be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

Approved May 26, 1941.

CHAPTER 259.
(Senate Bill 165)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 90, 91 and 92 of Article 11 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Frederick County", sub-title "Cocaine".

WHEREAS, The above sections are no longer necessary
since there is a general State-wide law regulating the sale
of all narcotic drugs, therefore,
