CHAPTER 255.
(Senate Bill 166)

AN ACT to repeal Section 307 of Article 11 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County", sub-title "Frederick", sub-heading
"Exemption from Fire Duty", said section exempting
persons of seventy years of age from duty in connection
with fire company meetings.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 307 of Article 11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Fred-
erick County", sub-title "Frederick", sub-heading "Exemp-
tion from Fire Duty", be and it is hereby repealed.

Approved April 23, 1941.

CHAPTER 256.
(Senate Bill 169)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 823-826, inclusive, of Article
11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Frederick County", sub-title "Urbana",
said sections relating to the running at large of live stock
in Urbana District.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 823-826, inclusive, of Article 11
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Frederick County", sub-title "Urbana", be,
and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

Approved April 23, 1941.
