(12) Statement that no person except the applicant is in
any way pecuniarily interested in the license applied for or in
the business to be conducted thereunder, and that no person
other than himself shall be so interested during the existence
of such a license.

(13) Statement that no manufacturer, distributor, brewer,
distiller or wholesaler has any financial interest in the prem-
ises or business of the applicant, and that applicant will not
after the issuance of the license convey or grant to any such
manufacturer, distributor, brewer, distiller or wholesaler any
such interest, and that the applicant at the time of making the
application has no indebtedness or financial obligation, and
will not thereafter incur any such, to any manufacturer, dis-
tributor, brewer, distiller or wholesaler other than for the
purchase of alcoholic beverages.

(14) Statement that the applicant if granted a license will
conform to all laws and regulations relating to the business in
which he proposes to engage.

(15) Separate statement, duly executed and acknowledged,
by the owner of the premises in which the business is to be
conducted, assenting to the granting of the license applied for
and also by the applicant authorizing the sheriff of Howard
County, his deputies and the constables of Howard County, as
well as the State Comptroller, his authorized deputies. and
inspectors, to enter, inspect and search without warrant
the premises upon which the business is to be conducted, at
any time that any person is on said premises, to discover vio-
lations of this sub-title, or the general liquor laws of the State.
Any evidence dig covered during such inspection shall be ad-
missible in any prosecution for the violation of any provision
of this sub-title or the general liquor laws of Maryland, or
upon any hearing for a revocation or suspension of any license
under the provisions of this sub-title.

(B) Applications for all licenses shall be—

(1) Filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Howard
County.

(2) Signed with the applicant's own signature.

(3) Signed by the owner of the premises with his own sig-
nature.

(4) Supported by the approval of three (3) persons, with
their own signatures, who are assessed owners of real estate
in as well as registered voters of the District of Howard
County where the place to be licensed is situate, and each of
such persons shall set forth the length of time which he has
been acquainted with the applicant, or in the case of a corpo-
ration, with the individual making the application, and that
they have examined the application and believe that all state-
