for consumption on the premises or elsewhere. It shall be
lawful for any licensee, by making application and on pay-
ment of the required fees, as herein provided, to obtain both
a Class (A)—"'Beer License" and a Class (B)—"Liquor and
Wine License. "

Class (G) "Special Beer License. " Five Dollars ($5. 00)
per day. Such a license shall authorize any club or horse
show conducted solely for charitable purposes, at the place
therein described and for a period not exceeding one day, to
keep for sale and to sell beer at retail for consumption on or
off the premises.

209. (A) Applications for Class A, B and C licenses au-
thorized by this sub-title shall be executed under oath on
forms prescribed and issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for Howard County, which shall contain particularly the fol-
lowing:

(1) Class of license desired.

(2) Name and residence of applicant and how long resi-
dent at the address.

(3) Statement that the applicant is a citizen of the United
States and of the State of Maryland, and is a registered voter
of Howard County.

(4) Age, sex and color of applicant.

(5) Applicants place of birth and if a naturalized citizen,
the date and place of birth, and when and where naturalized.

(6) Particular place for which the license is desired, by
such description as definitely locates the same.

(7) Description of portion of the building in which the
business will be conducted.

(8) Name of the owner of the premises upon which the
business sought to be licensed is to be carried on.

(9) Statement that the applicant has not been convicted of
a felony within five years prior to the date of the execution of
the application.

(10) Statement that the applicant has not had a license for
the sale of alcoholic beverages revoked anywhere within the
State of Maryland, or, if the applicant has had such a license
revoked, that at least six months has expired from the effective
date of such revocation.

(11) Statement that the applicant or person on behalf of
whom the application is filed is not pecuniarily interested in
any other place of business within Howard County for which
a license has been applied for or granted under this sub-title.
Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed as preventing a
licensee securing both a Class A "Beer License" and a Class B
"Liquor and Wine License", as provided in Section 208 hereof.
