be entitled to the same rights and privileges as the holders
of similar scholarships established by said Chapter 90 of
the Acts of 1912.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That in submitting
the budget to the General Assembly, there shall be included
therein an additional sum of Seven Thousand Dollars
($7, 000. 00) to provide for the additional scholarships for
the Fifth and Sixth Legislative Districts of Baltimore
City.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1941.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
45 of Article 11 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1939 Edition), title "Banks and Trust Companies",
sub-title "Savings Institutions".
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 45 of Article 11 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Banks and Trust
Companies", sub-title "Savings Institutions", be and the
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:
45. Every mutual savings institution without capital
stock shall annually within twenty days after the last day
of December make a report to the Bank Commissioner
showing accurately the condition thereof at the close of
business on the last business day of December. Such re-
port shall exhibit in detail and under proper headings the
resources and liabilities of the institution at the close of
the business day aforesaid and shall contain such informa-
tion and be in such form as the Bank Commissioner may
prescribe. In addition to this detailed report as of the last
business day of December, every mutual savings institu-
tion without capital stock shall annually within twenty
days after the last day of June make a report to the Bank
Commissioner, showing accurately the condition thereof
at the close of business on the last business day of June,
