224. (Corporate Bond. ) The Supervisor, Assistant Super-
visor and all Clerks herein provided for shall give to
the State of Maryland and file with the Clerk of the Crimi-
nal Court of Baltimore City a good and sufficient bond with
corporate security to be approved by the Chief Judge of the
Supreme Bench of Baltimore in the penalty of $5, 000 each,
upon the conditions expressed in each of said bonds that the
person giving it will truly and faithfully discharge, execute
and perform all and singular the duties and obligations of his
office or position and that he will account and pay over to
the proper authority all fees, costs, fines, penalties and for-
feitures which he is bound to account for and pay over as
aforesaid, and that he will faithfully and truly account for
and pay over to the party entitled thereto by law all money
belonging to such party which may come into his hands.

227. (Expenses. ) All necessary expenses for the operation
of the Traffic Court, including the salaries of the magistrates,
substitute magistrates and clerks herein provided for, shall be
paid out of monies in the hands of the Commissioner of Motor
Vehicles realized and collected from fines and costs imposed
by the Traffic Court.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1941.

CHAPTER 197.
(Senate Bill 251)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
626 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany County", sub-
title "State's Attorney", and to add five new sections to
said Article, said new sections to be known as Sections
626A, 626B, 626C, 626D and 626E, and to follow imme-
diately after Section 626, providing for a Bureau of In-
vestigation and the method of appointment of a County
Investigator and prescribing the duties and compensa-
tion of said County Investigator; authorizing the State's
Attorney for Allegany County to appoint a Law Assis-
tant, and prescribing the duties and compensation of
said Law Assistant; and providing for the payment of
office expense and other expense incident to the main-
tenance of the offices of the State's Attorney, the Law
Assistant and the Bureau of Identification.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 626 of Article 1 of the Code of
